STARTING ON MAY 27!

Each Tuesday during school term Green Point Playgroup provides a safe and caring environment where children, parents and carers find friendship, support and fun. Each week there are group games and activities, crafts, toys, music, stories and a break for morning tea.

We meet between 9:30-11:30AM, usually at the Green Point Baptist Church Ministry Centre (above Little Coasties Kindergarten) but occasionally we meet off-site, so be sure to check the termly calendar below or get in contact before you visit. Our address is 386 Avoca Drive, Green Point 2251.

Check out the FAQ below for more information, and if you have any other questions, please contact the church office on 4369 1585, or email Will at will@gpbc.net.au

FAQ

Q. Who is Green Point Playgroup for?
A. Children aged 0-5 and their parents/caregivers.

Q. Do I stay or drop my child off?
A. Children should be supervised by their parents at all times. We aim to provide a program which allows moments for parents to relax and enjoy a cuppa while the kids play together with the playgroup leaders, but parents should be nearby to supervise and help their child when needed.

Q. Is there a cost?
A. We ask for $5 per family each week to help cover costs. First week is free so you can try it out, and if finances are an issue for any family we are happy to waive the cost.

Q. What else do I need to bring?
A. We provide a platter of fresh fruit and veg for everyone to share (and tea and coffee for the parents) but encourage parents to bring their own morning tea (nothing with nuts or eggs).
